This was one of my favorite shows ever, especially because it taught me so much about pop culture and television editing. In the early 90’s we called models by the first name and we knew exactly who they were: Linda, Cindy, Naomi, Christie…. Linda was the one that said she wouldn’t leave the house for less than 10K a day. There was always music, beautiful images, a fast pace and boldness. We were so ahead of our time, jeez… In Brazil I created the local version of House of Style, with a very young 15-yr old as host, Rita Lobo. We called it MTV A Go-Go, and put a lot of sweat into it, and have only good memories. Rita went on to become a chef and a successful entrepreneur, always beautiful.
